Following our recent acquisition by the Advania Group, we’ve felt the benefit of the additional skills and capabilities now accessible to us. More importantly, we’ve been able to pass this benefit on to our customers, opening up new opportunities for transformation and accelerating projects in areas such as AI, cloud and collaboration.
But while some customers are already seeing an impact, many are yet to tap into the deeper expertise and wider offerings that are now in reach. In this blog we’ll explore some of the biggest extensions to our offering, and how they can benefit you.
Getting more from Microsoft
We’ve always been strong on Microsoft, and for good reason – tools like Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics rank amongst the industry leaders, and are relied upon by many of our customers today. Now, as part of one of Microsoft’s most decorated MSP partners, we’re able to do even more with support from Advania’s own Microsoft MVPs (Most Valuable Professionals).
First and foremost, Advania’s partner status and unique insight helps ensure our customers get the absolute most out of their existing Microsoft investments, including licences for M365. With a combination of bespoke tools and in-depth product knowledge we can conduct comprehensive reviews of your existing licences to identify opportunities for cost saving and optimisation. Additionally, we can help you consolidate your estate, by identifying dormant licenses and resources, and indeed expose you to value-adding capabilities that you may be paying for but are yet to utilise, potentially eliminating the need for additional 3rd party solutions to perform the same job.
As a direct partner, Advania also can directly provision and manage M365 licenses through the Microsoft Partner Center, helping our customers spin up additional licences as needed in a fraction of the time to ensure greater levels of agility.
Accelerate new projects
As well as extensive product expertise, Advania’s Microsoft credentials are helping our customers accelerate the instigation of new projects.
At project evaluation, exceptional Proof of Concept skills are helping to showcase Microsoft solutions and enable our customers to get hands on with how it might work for real, while time-tested pathways into Microsoft, combined with a deep understanding of their customer programmes, is helping our customers access financial incentives to assist a wide range of projects including cloud migration, Copilot adoption and Power Platform deployment.
While these incentives are dependent on factors such as business size and potential expenditure, those customers who have accessed these programmes have accelerated project delivery and brought forward priority initiatives without impacting their budget or creating additional drain on their internal resource.
Personalised intranets that boost productivity
We recently introduced Fresh Intranet, a powerful solution that Advania has created, which helps you overcome the challenges of providing secure, productive and collaborative environments for your hybrid workforce.
Fresh Intranet helps you build customised employee intranets which connect seamlessly into your Microsoft 365 estate, including SharePoint and Teams. With secure and compliant infrastructure, as well intuitive, mobile-friendly design, your employees can quickly access the key resources they need and collaborate with ease wherever they are.
Attaining AI excellence
There’s no doubt we’re living in a AI-focused world – it’s a technological sea change for businesses comparable to the impact of the Internet. But dipping your toe into AI can feel like a leap into the unknown. Fortunately, the Advania team has already racked up enviable project experience in this domain and has dedicated substantial time and resource to building knowledge and capabilities in everything from off-the-shelf tools like Microsoft Copilot to designing bespoke AI solutions.
While Microsoft Copilot gets the lion’s share of attention for business AI (which isn’t undeserved), Advania’s expertise helps you consider the wider implications and opportunities of AI solutions for your business, and can even audit the use of existing tools to make sure they’re working as intended, if you’ve been an early adopter.
Crucially, any AI deployment must start with the right foundations, and through Advania we can deliver an initial AI Enablement Workshop to help assess your current maturity and the scope of any future projects. Through this session, we’ll align your biggest challenges and most important workflows with the AI tools and capabilities that deliver most value, before presenting an initial roadmap to successful adoption.
Perceived data security issues are often a common roadblock for AI deployments, which is why we offer analysis of your current infrastructure as part of this foundational work to ensure your environment has all the possible data management risks covered.
We’ve written previously about Private ChatGPT deployments, which are built for the specific needs of your business, but a good AI strategy shouldn’t end once the solution is in place. As with any new technology, understanding how to use it is just as important as having access to it. User enablement is critical for success, and with support from the Advania Group we can provide comprehensive user training, or “prompt-a-thons” providing the change and adoption skills that are essential for successful adoption.
Extending our end-to-end service portfolio
With Advania’s in-house expertise, we’re now even better placed to deliver end-to-end technology solutions across your entire environment. These internal capabilities extend the options available through our existing services eco-system, providing greater agility and more choice to help ensure we deliver professional services that perfectly meet your needs.
This is further enhanced by Advania’s expansive pre-sales capabilities, with dedicated technical expertise available at project conception to help refine scope and better inform your decision.
We’ve also extended our managed service capabilities, with a portfolio of customised offerings built around a target operating model designed to meet your need while working alongside your in-house teams and other in situ providers.
What's next?
Our first 6 months with Advania have brought plenty of wins – and there’s no sign of that stopping anytime soon. As technology continues to evolve at breakneck speed and cutting-edge developments in AI and elsewhere reshape IT as we know it, our expanded capabilities help you stay ahead of the curve.
