What’s Included with Servium’s Extended Client Device Support?

No matter what devices you have, you’ll be eligible for our cover.

We offer two different support levels – Standard and Advanced:

Standard

  • Telephone triage to discuss your faulty device.
  • Free collection of the device the following business day.
  • 2-day SLA on device repairs.
  • Free return of your device once repaired.

Advanced

Advanced Support includes all the features offered with Standard Support, in addition to:

  • Visit from an accredited repair technician to collect faulty device and issue loan device.
  • Loan device supplied (with comparable spec) to minimise disruption to business.
  • Data transfer from faulty device to loan device by repair technician.
  • Second visit from repair technician to return repaired device and restore data to it.

In addition to the above features, we can provide additional services, including accidental damage cover and secure data erasure. Simply request the services you’d like to add, and we’ll provide a quote.
