This summer, Advania UK companies CCS Media and Servium will change their names to better reflect the unified business. Together, we will all be known as Advania.
“Some names are changing, but let’s be very clear: our people, our commitment to excellence and our laser focus on delivering for all customers are not,” says Geoff Kneen, CEO at Advania UK.
In 2024, CCS Media and Servium joined Advania, the technology company with people at heart and one of Microsoft’s most-trusted partners. This marriage created the UK’s leading technology partner, with 1,600 staff and more than 20 locations across the country.
This landmark move has also created an incredible breadth of capabilities under one roof. Our sector-leading technology transformation offering now spans cloud computing and AI enablement, intranet solutions, telephony and network connectivity, IT products from more than 2,000 manufacturers, and partners including Cisco, Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo and Microsoft.
“We have already been operating as one unified business for many months,” Geoff continues. “The unification of our brands helps our customers and partners better understand our full ecosystem. Internally, it enables even tighter collaboration so we can serve you better.”
Transitioning to the Advania name will take place this summer. The project is being overseen by Advania’s new-look leadership team, which now includes James Hardy as Chief Commercial Officer (previously CCO at CCS), and Paul Barlow as Chief Revenue Officer (formerly CEO at Servium).
“The primary reason we were attracted to CCS and Servium is that, like us, they have built incredible teams over many decades – and we plan to leverage all of our extended talent,” says Geoff. “When our customers pick up the phone or when we visit their workplace, they will continue talking to the same trusted voices and see the same trusted faces. But behind these familiar faces now lies a true powerhouse with expansive capabilities. We believe being able to meet all needs – from software to cloud to hardware – will delight our clients and partners.”
